We acted for a well-known Singapore-based private equity firm in its cooperation with Nanjing Hi-Tech. Venture Capital for the incorporation of Nanjing Growth Fund. This project is milestone cooperation between China and Singapore with the concern and support from Jiangsu Provincial Committee, Jiangsu Provincial Government, Nanjing Municipal Committee and Nanjing Municipal Government and will be dedicated to accelerate the economy development of Nanjing Municipality, Jiangsu Province and Yangtze River Delta Area.

We engaged in the whole project and the services we rendered to our client include drafting of fund agreement and attending negotiation and discussion etc. Mr. Gene Chen, our team leader in this project attended the signing ceremony of this project.
