We acted for onshore and offshore banks in the project financing of building of the highest great observation wheel in the world. The financing project involves several hundred million US dollars and various complicated legal issues. The services we rendered to the banks include legal advice, due diligence investigation, design of all possible security schemes (including the newly emerged mode of security under the newly promulgated Property Right Law), negotiations, issuing of legal opinion and drafting of various legal documents. Ms. Stella Gao, our team leader in this project attended the signing ceremony of this project.
