In November 2007, a Shanghai biological high-tech company signed a convertible loan agreement with several overseas strategic investors and raised fund amounting to more than 20 million USD. The company is going to seek offshore listing in a later stage. We, as the PRC legal advisor, advised the investors on the restructuring exercise and fund raising and attended the signing ceremony.
