Michelle is familiar with corporate legal matters and she is especially good at legal structuring in foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, legal due diligence review, assisting clients y in negotiation and government procedures and drafting and reviewing the relevant legal documentation. Michelle has also advised on corporate governance and compliance matters in relation to overseas listings of several PRC domestic companies and their pre-IPO financing.

Educational background
Michelle graduated from Nanjing University of Science and Technology with a bachelor degree in economic law and further obtained a master degree in commercial laws from Aberdeen University, UK.
