Experience

Stella specialises in banking and finance practices and has extensive experience in respect of domestic and cross-border loans, project financing, trade financing, the finance or wealth management products and other daily business of banks. In her practice, she has advised many offshore and onshore banks, including Unicredit group, Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Corporation Limited, DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Crédit Agricole Indosuez, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, ABN AMRO Bank, Bank of America, IntesaBci and Credit Suisse First Boston etc.
