Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate/Legal Assistant

Request:

1. Devotion to legal career with passionate, honesty, initiative and spirit of team work;
2. Bachelor degree and proficiency in English (verbal and writing);
3. Passing judicial qualification examination or possessing lawyer’s license and having experience in practicing law for at least three years;
4. Specialization in foreign investment, merger and acquisition, finance and securities or real estate is preferred; and
5. Good communication skill.
